Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
- This Exchange, Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for home delivery via Weglobe Marketing and Gentle and Natural Online and self-collection only.
- All our products sold in good condition are not exchangeable, returnable, refundable. We are not responsible for any damage due to mishandling or negligence by courier service.
- Exchange/Return/Refund of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If the product is expired; or
- If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for exchange, return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
- Weglobe Marketing/Gentle and Natural shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for exchange, return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone +603-6156 4661 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for your inquiry to be proceed.
- We will refund the amount paid/ product replacement/ other instructions if the order is cancelled due to out of stock. We do not receive any order cancellation once payment is made.
- Any successful refunds for order placed will credited to the original payment method.
- We reserve the rights to accept or reject the request depending on the validity of the reason.
