Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
We strive to offer high quality products and deliver them to you conveniently at good conditions. But, we are still 'human' and If we fail to deliver, you may:
a. Return the Product to us.
b. Exchange for a New Product
c. Ask for a Refund
We would entertain the above requests if the product delivered to you at home or collected at our showroom:
a. Has expired
b. Is Different from Your Order
We would not entertain if the products are in good conditions. We are also not liable for any damages caused by mishandling of our products or by negligence in any way from our appointed courier service providers.
